COMMENTARY:
It's been said that you never regret the things you do, just the things you don't do.

Live your life so that when thoughts of the life not lived return to your mind, they should be the kind that make you sigh and smile the wry smile of an escaped prisoner tasting freedom that was always denied; they should not be the thoughts that make you sigh in regret of a happier life that might have been had you only taken the chance.
