''How Is This Helping Me?''

for you make it every day
But most men will build oblivious
and throw it all away
It's not hard to lift a mountain
for it's lighter than you think
But most men won't hear it shifting
and give up and let it sink
It's not hard to talk with angels
they've got much that they will share
But most men are deaf to whispers
so such guidance they won't hear
It's not hard to walk on water
for such miracles abound
But most men are blind to magic
and trod only solid ground
It's not easy to find order
in life's chaos and its pain
Rest assured the goals you seek
will manifest here on this plane
For every wish is filed for filling
every prize is yours to flaunt
But you can't see how life helps you
if you don't know what you want!
COMMENTARY:
How is this helping me? That's the question for today.
We live in a creative universe. Once a wish is set in your mind, creative forces are called into action to build the future you desire. And everything that happens from that moment on is happening to get you closer and closer. But, if you don't recognize what's happening, you'll mistake the ensuing chaos of the sometimes necessary "Reconstruction Crisis" as omens of doom, evidence of a bad decision, or your God telling you no. Everything, including the apparently unrelated events that follow are part of that reconstruction.
Rest assured, if you begin each assessment of the conditions of your life with the question "How is this helping me get what I want?" you'll often find that a path is being created, a person is being removed, a situation is being rectified which is actually clearing the way for you to move a step closer to your dreams. Don't fight it. Go bravely with the flow.
The greatest challenge, therefore, to recognizing when you're seeing the future being built, when mountains are moving, when angels are guiding you, and when a miraculous path is being placed at your feet for you to tread, is being clear on what your dreams and goals are in the first place! Spend some time today making your list of goals, your ideal life, your dream future, write them down, put them on your wall, look at them and visualize them every day, then watch with wisdom how life sets about making them real!
