''Relatively Speaking''
In my never-ending quest for enlightening information to share with you, I offer you insight into the Kybalion, a book of Hermetic Philosophy, based on the lifework of Hermes Trismegistus, an ancient philosopher, instructor and sage. The following is based on the principle of Polarity, the fourth of the seven basic Hermetic Principles which states:
"Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled."-The Kybalion
Where does light end and darkness begin? Where does love start and hate end? Where does matter end and spirit begin? Heat and cold?
There is no specific point on the thermometer where heat ceases and cold begins. It is all a matter of higher or lower vibrations. In all planes, the spiritual, physical and mental, all concepts like matter/spirit, heat/cold and love/hate are generally regarded as opposites-diametrically opposed to each other; entirely different; irreconcilable. But knowing the principle of polarity, we recognize that they are merely terms applied to the two poles of the same thing. Where you find one thing you find its opposite.
It is therefore possible to transmute one mental state into another. Things belonging to different classes cannot be transmuted into each other, but things of the same class may be changed, that is, have their polarity changed. Thus Love never becomes East or West, or Red or Violet-but it may and often does turn into Hate. And likewise, hate may be transformed into love, by changing its polarity. Courage may be transmuted into Fear, and the reverse. Hard things may be rendered Soft. Dull things become Sharp. Hot things become Cold. Take the case of a Fearful man. By raising his mental vibrations along the line of Fear-Courage, he can be filled with the highest degree of Courage and Fearlessness. And, likewise, the Slothful man may change himself into an Active, Energetic individual simply by polarizing along the lines of the desired quality.

Hey all!
The first leg of the Passion Prophet tour was spectacular! I was in San Francisco for three events, then took a 2 day vacation hanging out with a college buddy in Los Angeles, and then it was on to Minneapolis for another workshop! The attendees were great, the response terrific, and best of all, something amazing happened at the Learning Annex event in San Francisco that will serve as a template for each city that hosts a Passion Prophet appearance.
