I've found the final answer
that can cure life of its ills
A remedy more sound
than any surgery or pills
A formula so obvious
it needs no class or book
Yes, simple things in life we find
we often overlook
I found it in my seeking
of new things I would achieve
It came as I rewrote
all of the things I should believe
I found it as I challenged life
and all that I could see
It came as I defined anew
this being I call me
I found it in the journey
but way before I could begin
The formula I sought
just crept on up and walked right in
