''All of Me''

some will love you for beauty
and crave you just for the view
some are wooed by your ways
and the things that you do

some will want you for reasons
yes, based purely on lust
some you win 'cause you're honest
and someone they can trust

for through body or beauty or
through form or through grace
inner beauty expresses itself
even in a pretty face

And while you think that these parts
are not in fact the real you
all your parts are the parcel
it's all you that shines through

So fault not lookers for looking
shrink not in guilt from the light
Say, "this too I am and much more "
Say it proud and with might!

(Diamonds reflect many colors
when exposed to the light
And each person sees it differently
and each person is right!)

Dedicated to O.F.
