''The Return Of What Never Was''

Sometimes you get a chance to revisit the past
with the opportunity to close or clear
We all grow beyond who we once thought we were
and should share it with those once held dear

You may find new chances to reconcile
open chapters you've left unread
You can finally close doors once left ajar
and say words that you once left unsaid

Your unresolved past often lingers and looms
and casts shadows on any path that you see
the point of power is right here with you now
so accept, learn, forgive and be free

Yes, paths that diverged can unite once again
that's the way it often does
life gives you a chance to recreate in the now
the lost past that never quite was

Dedicated to RJ, CTGII, MS, CS, MR

COMMENTARY: Achieving the future you dream of often depends on first letting go of something or someone in your past. At other times, you may find that the people you just weren't ready for back then are back again to give you another chance! Look out for these golden opportunities to grow!
